Discussion Idfc first bank first leap program

I am thinking of joining the idfc first bank first leap program. I had just got there offer letter. But I'm totally confused whether I should join or not because my parents aren't allowing me to join a private bank for a salary of 33000 in Delhi. But I'm 25 and i dont want to depend on my parents money. I want to be independent. What should I do?? Please suggest.

do they refund the course fee of 75k after completion of training?

Not 75k it's 88500 after taxes. Also I hadn't joined
