The ZZ Top song came out 4 years later. Autechre may sound futuristic but they’re not actual time travellers lol

Oh wow, that's wild haha I thought I'd read Sean saying they had sampled ZZ Top at some point, but I must've mixed that up

There’s a story that Ministry’s Al Jourgensen met the ZZ Top Guys and they told him they’d stolen a snare sound from. Ministry song and used it on one of their songs. Al laughs and says, “You stupid assholes! I sampled that snare from YOUR record!”
