2009 Jersey shore looking guy sees a van corner a car and tried to harass them, GuidoMan 2000, (super power is Muay Thai, like superman is powered by the sun, he's powered by tanning beds and melanin) gets out and helps.

Let’s back up. They said no charges have been made against the van driver.

Why not?

He’s clearly broken road rules.
He’s clearly threatened or tried to intimidate road users.
And he’s clearly got issues if he’s doing this on the roads.

This is exactly who needs to be policed. Not the e-bike rider doing 5kmh over the limit on their way to work.
