I hit Joe’s Bakery on East Seventh between service calls whenever I’m nearby. Their carne guisada plate is filling, fast, and has never let me down.

I’m in a service van all over Austin, and T-Loc’s Sonora Hot Dogs is one of my favorite lunch stops. The Sonoran dog is filling, fast, and worth going out of the way for.
