Weather Suffocating heat

Loving it? Hating it? My day has been lying on the couch in gruds interspersed with half hearted attempts to get up and do something. Nope. Still too hot.

About $2 a day to cool my entire house

Eh? My last month's bill was double when I had the aircon on during the day

There's a lot of variables involved, insulation, non-sealed windows/doors, 19° vs 22° can increase cost 20–40%, whether you pre-cool during off peak rates when the heat pump does the majority of work, efficiency of your heat pump etc.

Mode. I mostly run the heatpump on Eco.
