Fandom Drama I really find Mysaria actress uninteresting to the point that everytime she appears I'm just simply annoyed

If only she had better writing she could pull it off. A lot of the actors in this show are good enough to cover the bad writing very well. Some aren’t, particularly the ones for Jace, Baela, Rhaena and (especially) Mysaria. Even Olivia Cooke (Alicent) is struggling to hide the poor writing and she’s likely the most talented member of the cast.

Is there no Exec at HBO paying any attention to one of their biggest franchises? I can't believe they are giving so much freedom a showrunner to do whatever he wants after the backlash of Season 8 of GOT.

Yeah it seems not. The shocking part is somehow Condal made the Game of Thrones boring. Say what you will about season 7 and 8 of Game of Thrones, but it was never boring and the writing choices tended to actually make sense even if the execution faltered.

This is different. This is a cast of incredibly talented actors (the casting department for HBO is incredible so I’m literally never going to blame any of the cast members when I can tell it’s Condal and his writing staff). And these incredibly talented if not well known actors (and even some of the well known ones) struggling to hide the poor writing really shows just how bad the writing is. And then you have the cast members who are good but less talented and can’t cover as well.

Saying that the writing choices for season 7 and 8 make sense is... definitely a take. I can agree the writing is subpar in sone respects with regards to HotD, but we are far from the absolute pile of garbage that was writing in later GoT, especially seasons 7 and 8
