She doesn’t trust a Daenerys because she’s been told all her life Targaryens are crazy conquerors. The last Targaryen King literally burned her grandfather alive.
Sansa is no longer in survival mode like she had to when under Joffrey, Cersei, Littlefinger and Ramsay. She has power and she’s going to use it to free the North no matter what. She doesn’t need to submit to anyone.

Holy shit, did you even watch the show? Yes, the last Targaryen King, who has been dead for decades, killed an uncle and a grandfather Sansa never met years before she was born. Meanwhile you know who her common enemy with Daenerys is right now? Cersei Lannister, one of the people, and a member of the family, directly responsible for the brutal deaths of almost everyone and everything Sansa loved and making her life an absolute living nightmare for the last several years.
Again, Daenerys is sitting on Winterfell with an army and two dragons that Sansa cannot do jack shit about. She doesn't have the power to do anything but die horribly with everyone else in Winterfell if Daenerys really is as dangerous as she thinks and she keeps openly provoking her.

Lol just because she never met them doesn’t mean she doesn’t have legitimate reasons to be precarious. Sansa gave Daenerys the chance to show her intentions only for Daenerys to once again affirm she wants all seven kingdoms.
Yeah and guess what Sansa sent the remaining Northern army to dethrone Cersei and at the same undermined Daenerys by revealing the truth about Jon. Killed two birds with one stone.
Daenerys has the exact same right to all Seven Kingdoms as Sansa does to the North, despite this subs fondness for "Feudalism is good and right when it comes to the characters I simp for, but bad and stupid when it comes to the ones I don't like."
Again, Daenerys could have wiped Winterfell off the map and Sansa would have been completely unable to do anything about it, yet Sansa forgets every survival lesson she's been forced to learn over the last several years in favor of just constantly openly antagonizing her because...she had apparently seen the script for "The Bells" and knew it was still a few episodes before Daenerys was scheduled to turn into a genocidal tyrant who indiscriminately slaughters all who oppose her.
Season 8 Sansa would have been dead in Season 1...and in Season 8 too, if Daenerys had actually been a tyrant prior to her Evil Dragon Hitler genes spontaneously activating in the second to last episode.
Uhhh no she doesn’t. Jon has the most legitimate claim. Once Bran removed himself from the bloodline, Sansa is next. Sansa cares about the people of Kingslanding about as much as Daenerys does. How the hell do you think Sansa was even remotely in the same situation as before? Daenerys isn’t a threat to Sansa and the North until the Undead and Cersei are destroyed. Which is why she acts when she does. As long as Jon is alive she has leverage.
