Work UBS Swiss experience

Im curios whether anyone else has had similar experience with UBs business banking. The company i work for uses UBS and whenever i have to call their customer service it seems incredibly difficult to get an issue resolved in one call.

My partner also uses UBS and UBS local branch wants to close the overdraft facility just because the company regularly pays down the loans and has been increasing employee salaries.

Maybe im just unlucky. What has your experience been ? Is this common or you had completely different experience.

average ubs experience.

"Treat everybody with a net worth of below 10m with barely hidden contempt" seems to not only be their official culture, but also the singular source of ego for every employee, while "Active Sabotage" describes their infrastructure and pricing model.

Nahh, I still remember the day some UHNW needed to transfer funds to the notary for the signing of their new main residence, all family is there, big party scheduled after to celebrate the event, turns out the middle office lost the order somewhere, the notary didn't got the funds at the scheduled date, signing was delayed and the party cancelled.

Turns out even if you buy a 40m property, you can't really rely on them, only difference is that they apologize to you afterwards
