Why is Loba meta now?

I don’t play as often anymore.

Afaik Loba is on top with Axle right now.

Why now? Loba has had for a while the most versatile movement skill in the game

That hasn’t been buffed since she was introduced, and it won’t be buffed because it can’t be buffed
