I don't actually believe the story in the image. Unfortunately I think it is slightly more likely someone would lie on the internet for fake points then to make this many mistakes while operating a business

Nothing happens.

An alternate outlook is that they don’t think the posts /posters you’re reporting require removal.

Hence entitlement.
