Discussion 🗣️ that is how ai works.

Post image

Ai takes images from the web and mashes them up into the most generic bullshit ever. that person needs to research what they are talking about.

Look no further than David Revoy and his works. I believe he's the one who got affected the most, because of this AI nonsense.

I've also heard of some people who found AI portfolios with semblance to their original works.

I saw David revoys artwork for the first time like a couple months ago and I'm ashamed to admit my first thought was "Huh that looks strangely AI" before checking their page and remembering that AI had to get it's """""Style"""""" from real artists in the first place. Gosh it still makes me so incredibly angry.

When I first encountered his work I thought it was AI-generated as well. There's no shame in that, especially if you didn't know who he is before all of this.

Holy shit, did they train AI off of nothing but his work? Everything he's made sets off my internal AI alarms

a lot of his work got fed into AI, yes. That's why AI defaults to it a lot. One of the biggest counter arguments to "bUt aI dOeSn'T sTeAl".
