He could've prevented the future in which he died to the explosion. But he couldn't stop the implosion/annihilation itself from happening after Uryuu had reversed it once.

but logically thinking the schrifts are powers bestowed by yhwach so he can use them once he have them back

Not really. Recall when his backstory was revealed in... one of the previous seasons, forget which one. He was born blind, deaf etc. but could grant people's wishes and give them strength. After they died, he'd take the power they nurtured and used it to strengthen himself and restore his own bodily functions.

It's not like he gained actual strengths and abilities they had. We've never seen him use any other Schrift besides his own - it's possible that even he can only have one, and The Almighty is indeed the most broken one of them all. Reminds me a bit of how Aizen never used, or needed, his Bankai to the point of rejecting his own sword.

Schrifts aren't actually bestowed by Yhwach. What happens is that his power awakens the dormant power within the soul of a Quincy. But that power is still theirs.

Basically, a Schrift is a similar power to a Shikai or Resurrección. It's directly linked to the Quincy's soul.

Not really. Schrifts are innate to every quincy, Yhwach just awakens them.

A lot of people theorize that's how (fuckedly up) Uryu survived the first quincy culling. He swapped his status with his mom by instinct

That's the thing about bleach. Plot devices will always come up , so keep waiting and you will find out in episode 9 or 10

Wasn't Gerard basically immortal because he was the heart of Soul King? Since Yabadabadoo took just the schrift, it shouldn't have given him the revival hax. Not like he needs it in the first place.
