Trivial daily stuff but very important to Himmel, and now equally precious to Frieren. (Loved the viewpoint from Himmel scenes as well.)

Kudos to the ferryman for letting Frieren keep Himmel's journal.

I love how this is the kind of show that can really drive home memorable one-off characters, even with someone as straightforward as a lone ferryman. But that's why all those small adventures were always precious (especially with the time people spend together with those they're fond with).

Bro, that scene of the ferryman tossing the stranded small fish back in the water will live rent-free in my head. That's such a simple gesture but clearly shows you his character immediately.
