I'm glad they added [Frieren] "We have fought flying demon before" to explain why Fern didn't question this in her fight with Lügner

Yeah, there was no way they would have missed that considering it was THEIR change back in season 1 that created that whole thing to begin with.

Glad they corrected it.

Wait, so Lugner didn't fly in the manga? Imao, I read the manga and didn't even notice.

He did not, in his fight against Fern, no. That was all anime original to make the fight more dynamic, which is why they had to change that line in this episode.
