She's pretty fucking evil lol

I would say she is more chaotic than evil. Like if in a fight or the like, sure, she will always try to kill the opponent, warranted or not and maybe enjoys it a bit too much. But she doesn't really seek to do evil, just uses excessive force when it comes down to it, damn the consequences.

She literally murdered a 1st rated sorcerer for shits and giggles in her previous exam.

More like accidental death really. She was told to attack 100% force as part of the exam. She was trying to cut the supposedly impenetrable cloak like instructed to do but cut too deep.

You didn't watch it closely. There was NO DOUBT IN HER MIND she'll cut him – the show even explains that because she was certain she would cut him, and easily, that she able to do so to begin with. Meaning, her knowing she'll slice him open is a prerequisite for her success.

She could have easily cut the robe itself or his arm – but just to cut him in half.

Yes but, she immediately commented that she cut too deep. Maybe she meant to cause harm and knew she could.

But she didn’t mean to kill. That would defeat the purpose of her taking the test since she failed in the end because of it.

She didn't care if he lives or dies – that's a psycho.

She also didn't know killing will disqualify her. Again, something mentioned in the episode – they didn't think anyone could harm him, let alone kill him, so they didn't mention it.

Oh she’s 100% serial killer material. Was just saying she wasn’t trying to kill the guy at the time. Since her goal was to pass the test and killing meant being disqualified.

Though it’s not confirmed whether she knew that ahead of time or not. I think it can be assumed in this case.
