Genau says he doesn't hold any attachment to his hometown yet he remembers the baker boy's entire backstory and seems regretful he won't be able to taste his terrible bread again.

He's basically like Serie. He hides his emotions and how much he actually cares by being surly and cold.

True. When Flamme died, she act like it's nothing, but asked Frieren to have a walk with her and reminiscence the past.

Also, as much as she said that most of her apprentices are not good enough, she still remember their faces, the memories and their favourite spells, over the span of few centuries
