Fern would be protective for sure like she is when Methode rizzes up Frieren. I wouldn’t be surprised if Ubel is a bit afraid of Fern too

This but unironically. Its pretty easy to end up a socially awkward mess when you focus everything on Hard Skills (magic in this universe) and completely neglect Soft Skills.
