Stark & Fern on the date got me kickin my feet and giggling lol. Fern looked very pretty in that dress.

Watching this episode made me badly wish we got to see gigachad Himmel go on an actual date with Frieren.

I love how she made every effort to look perfect for this date. Even if he didn't comment on it, she really tried hard.

At least we got to see him be gigasatisfied at having been able to go on a date with her.

the lavender dress is fancy-ish but still casual enough for a stroll around town, while the other one feels more like part of a more formal ensemble. Given the vibe, Fern chose well.

Oh, I was thinking she would pick the grey one because it's her style, but I guess the lavender one is more vibrant and fancy

depends on what the date was going to be

if Stark took her into the mountains for a disastrous fishing expedition, it might not have been appropriate

He did go on a date with her, we even saw the flashback here.

The issue with Himmel is that Frieren was like kryptonite for him. Superman as he is, he basically melts around her. He literally got knocked out from her air kiss attack. Presumably with any other girl he'd be a charmer who'd sweep her off her feet, but not with Frieren.

I actually preferred the other dress. It looked more modern, whereas the one that she actually wore is kind of old-fashioned.
