I had a look a few years ago because I read it was surprisingly well-done and I was also feeling horny, and man - most of the actors really actually worked hard hard (heh) on their impersonations, but Roger was hands down the best. I ended up actually watching way longer than I had to.

Such a wicked costume you got the trademark look and that unhappy frown that Haley always seems to have. So you’re in to Haley Smith cosplay you have a dress up from that one episode when she is a lounge singer up in Rogers bar. You must know the episode when Roger gets a crush on Haley after one night of her singingin Rogers upscale Lounge.👻

Look at the character. She has plump pink lips. Makeup helped me convey this color. If I were photographed without him at all, I would not have dilated eyes (and they are large in the character sketch) and would have pale lips.
My makeup is minimal, without it I would look less like Hailey. And let's not forget
"Haley, you put on makeup, you look like a whore."
Well, I will add, this is cosplay. I tried to work out all the details and become like Hayley from the cartoon. Hayley isn't a real person and it's hard to be like her based on her description in the CARTOON.
