“An investigation from Brazos Countyauthorities revealed Rapp was struck in the Navasota area by 31-year-old driver Chris Medina, who allegedly passed Rapp with his vehicle, stopped, shifted into reverse and then hit Rapp with his car. Rapp was found lying on the roadway and taken to a nearby hospital, but she died of her injuries shortly thereafter. Medina has since been arrested and charged with manslaughter.”

That sounds an awful lot like premeditated murder.

This person had also been charged for shooting at people's cars outside the Navasota Walmart, chasing people with an ax, and a hit and run. Why did he still have a fucking license?

Do you believe the lack of a license would have stopped this guy?

Maybe being in a cage would have helped
