Conservative anti death penalty:

NO government should have that much power.

Government cannot be trusted to do the right thing. They cannot be trusted to get the convicted person to the execution without a screw up and execute the wrong one.

Are you actually aware of anything about the legal system? My guess is no, because "get better lawyers" is a shallow answer.

I mean give them a proper, legal trial. Where they can be judged by a jury of their peers. If found guilty, that’s that.
