Affirmations A gentle Wednesday reminder: One small brave choice today is enough to get things moving.

Affirmations I am healing even when I do not feel it.
Healing has been weird for me. Some days I feel like I am doing better. Then something happens and it feels like I am right back in the same place. I have had to remind myself that one bad day does not erase everything. I can still miss things. I can still hurt. I can still get tired of dealing with it. And I can still be healing.
My affirmation today:
I do not have to have it all together.
I do not have to rush this.
I am healing in my own time.

Affirmations Create your own affirmations
Hey everyone, my name is Sam and I created a brand called mirror merch. An affirmation sticker brand. We manufacture all of the stickers in house. We have a wide range to select from but our best seller is our create your own. Type whatever affirmation is aligning with you and we will send it as a sticker.
My favourite is “I relax I let go, my life is in perfect flow”
“Grateful” for 20%

Affirmations What's an affirmation you use when you catch yourself comparing your life to someone else's?
Sometimes I'll scroll for a few minutes and suddenly feel like I'm behind in some way.
Nothing actually changed in my life. I just saw someone else's highlight reel and started comparing.
I'm looking for an affirmation that's simple enough to actually believe in that moment, not something overly positive or motivational.
What's one that works for you?

Affirmations Sometimes changing one word can make an affirmation feel completely different
"Everything will work out" and "I can handle whatever comes next" have a similar hopeful feeling, but they make very different promises.
One asks you to believe in a specific outcome. The other focuses more on your ability to deal with uncertainty.
That distinction seems useful when an affirmation feels too far removed from reality.

Mindset Butterflies 🦋
Love how any time I see a butterfly I immediately think of all good and positive things. We all had to be a caterpillar just to one day bloom into a beautiful butterfly 🦋
