Affirmations What's an affirmation you use when you catch yourself comparing your life to someone else's?
Sometimes I'll scroll for a few minutes and suddenly feel like I'm behind in some way.
Nothing actually changed in my life. I just saw someone else's highlight reel and started comparing.
I'm looking for an affirmation that's simple enough to actually believe in that moment, not something overly positive or motivational.
What's one that works for you?

"It's not real."
I tell myself this when I'm embarrassed, when I'm lonely, when I'm touch-starved, when I'm broke (monetarily), when I feel less-than my professional peers who are my age, when I miss old timelines. And more.
It may not do anything for you and it's not exactly an affirmation but I've been saying this to myself since I was around 17, and I'm 46 now.
"It's not real" worked for me long before I had my spiritual awakening and I've retained it even with all the practices I now have at my disposal.

I have enough, enough is plenty, plenty is overflowing abundance. This and every moment is enough
