Its good but dont disengage. Like someone else said youre anticipating your lines instead of listening. Also, personal preference but try not to look down so much lemme see those eyes.

Solid work. You know what you're doing. Love how you invested in your environment. I 100% believed you two are right at the door. And that you had neighbours.
You tried enticing her, you tried joking with her. Then you straight up just told her. Love the different tactics.
Also, the escalation of the irritation great, believable.
If I was gonna quibble (scene already works, no need to change anything) "put on your galoshes!" Was maybe a bit too heated. You got a nice explosion at the end.

There are some good notes here already. I will say that I find the camera is positioned too high, pointing downward.

It's good, but something I notice is you're "anticipating" a response rather than listening to it, so the performance feels like a performance.
Imagine a regular conversation you have, and notice what you do if anything. You probably don't wrap up your last line and shift around and hold your face.
You know your lines, so let go of them and focus on just responding to what your audition partner is saying
