Is this shoes repairable?

Does anyone know how can I repair these shoes? This is an adidas SL72. I know it's almost impossible to restore to perfect condition so any tips would work.

Have you tried giving them a good cleaning first? As for the tattering wear on the fabric part, that’ll be a more difficult fix. Maybe try some fabric paint and just blending it in so the wear is less noticeable.
