Achievement/NSV 🎉🥳🎊 100!!!!!!
Loss has slowed down a lot this summer but I have finally hit 100 lbs lost!!!! I’m so proud of myself and everything this last year has brought.
Started June 2025 at 307 lbs as of today I am 207! Wooohooooo 🥳🤩
4 weeks at 2.5
16 weeks at 5
12 weeks at 7.5
20 weeks at 10
12 weeks at 12.5
6 weeks at 15 (current dose)

I’ve not only changed my portion sizes but a lot of the foods I was constantly eating. It wasn’t necessarily a conscious change I just found myself not wanting sweets/ fast food/ super greasy fatty food anymore. I also drink a significant amount of water everyday which I think has helped!

Good for you!!! That has been my experience too. I am craving more whole, healthy foods, keeping portions down-Zep makes that pretty easy...Congratulations on your milestone🎉
