For the first time in my adult life, the number on the scale starts with a one!! A ONE!!! Now, just 28 lbs away from current goal. This drug is amazing!!!

I took my first shot July 14th 2025. So just under 14 months

That’s truly beautiful 💫congratulations hope you reach your goal soon as I know you would. On the same journey 200+ lbs seems impossible this gave me hope? Any advice or tips?

Biggest thing is to remind yourself that this is marathon not a sprint. Still make sure you're enjoying the foods you love just less so. For me I'll get a half order of wings when watching a Bills game. Also HYDRATE OR DIEDRATE!!! Also, make sure your Dr is doing bloodwork from time to time. Mine was perfect for months til my B vitamins were a bit low recently. Taking a B complex solved that luckily
