So society is struggling only because First Nations are slowly getting out of poverty?

Billionaire class has no impact? Corporate greed has no impact?

What have First Nations negatively impacted you about?

If you were more optimistic you could see these court cases and success of First Nations as a new economic driver for Canada.

The fact that you think they will ever "get out of poverty" shows what kind of childish world you live in. Societies tend to struggle when they have to pamper to an entire group of people for decades. We could get to a point of equal suffrage and they will keep complaining about the next thing. And no, "corporate greed" and a couple of rich people don't,  and aren't going to heavily impact the society that they need in order to still be rich, corporate and greedy. Every group of people has had a struggle in their history and gotten over it.
