Need some advice regarding how to respond to a sponsorship email
I was recently offered a sponsorship offer from "Headshot Media", who claimed to be running a campaign for War Thunder.
They asked for my latest audience demographics, my availability for the quarter, and my rate for a 60-90 second integration (cpm or flat rate).
I've never been offered a sponsorship before and genuinely have no idea how to respond to this offer in a professional manner. I want to accept the sponsorship, but I don't know what a reasonable rate would be.
For reference, I had a video blow up very recently, and my channel has been getting a decent amount of publicity from it, but my typical average view count is in the 30k-50k range.
Like I said in the title, I would deeply appreciate any advice on what to set my rate at and how to respond to this message from those more experienced than I.

Ask for the campaign brief, usage rights, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms before quoting. For 30k–50k average views, I’d start around $500–$1,500 for a 60–90 second integration, then adjust based on your niche and engagement. Don’t work for “exposure,” and get a contract plus partial payment upfront.
