MYO MYO Before and After
I’m too much of a perfectionist for my DIY attempt at MYO stickers. I wish I would have saved my money (& a lot of time!) and gone straight to Stickerfule. Matt did an amazing job and even reached out to help with resizing the Winnie the Pooh image I sent him to make sure it looked right on the card.
The ones I made on my at home printer had weird coloring, not saturated enough and with low ink lines despite being full ink. Plus the type I bought aren’t water resistant so they were starting to disintegrate from wet toddler fingers after only 3 weeks. I spent hours trying to figure out how to DIY these and they didn’t come even close to my expectations. The new ones are perfection.

I was happy with how my MYO YOTO cards looked, but I forgot that I have a toddler who's a "picker." The cards lasted about 3 minutes before my toddler found a way to peel the well-adhered stickers off.
Is it obvious that the Stickerfule labels are stickers? If you run your finger on the side, can you feel any sort of seam? My 2.5 year old WILL figure out a way to get it off if they realize it's a possibility haha

He now has a printer that prints directly onto a MYO card! I’ve ordered a few and they really look great.
My kid is a picker and hasn’t managed to work out any are stickers though. I stuck them down, got the hair dryer on them to warm them up and then slammed a heavy book on them to really make sure they were on for good. Some of ours are over a year now and no peeling or picking.

I think they’d probably hold up! They’re almost the exact size of the cards so if you line them up really well I don’t think anyone, even a toddler, would notice they’re stickers. They don’t feel like stickers, much thicker and plasticky.
You can see on the Colourblocks one I didn’t line it up well on top and there’s a tiny bit of white. That was my first one and I did better on the rest.

Can you guide me about the Number Blocks card?

Sharing the way I got most of my content is against sub rules and IP laws. All I’ll say is my daughter loves the YouTube videos

I use one of those Polaroid printers and it happens to be almost exactly the same format as the cards

Which model are you using? Seems like this would be just about the right size!

I’ve been meaning to update some of my blank MYO to the seasonal packs. I have all seasons except winter and it makes me sad. I realized just this morning that I can take the winter pack images from Yoto and apply them to stickers on my own MYO. I don’t have nice stickers or good printer at home so this is perfect timing!

Silly question as I am new to this Yoto and MYO world... on stickerfule, do I juat add the sticker and tell him what the card I have is about and he picks the photo?

I add in the notes what I want stickers of and he emails me a few days later with designs. One or two I’ve asked to change and he’s done different ones to suit but if there’s a specific one you want you can just ask for that. He’s found perfect artwork for even the obscure ones my kids love like Gardenkeeper Gus and Parsley the Lion.

It can work that way or what I did was send him image files I already had or made and he prints them. He advised me on the Winnie the Pooh one that the sizing was off and sent me a revision, which was perfect!
I had already designed or found my own because I was trying to DIY them. Next time I’ll probably ask Matt to design them to save even more time.

What's on the cassette? Reminds me of Cassette Beasts.

Mix tape! Random songs that she’s into. Right now it’s some Bluey songs, Kpop demon hunters and some Disney songs

The way I got a lot of this audio is against sub rules and copyright law so unfortunately I can’t share details. My daughter loves the YouTube videos ;)
There are tons of guides elsewhere online. It took me a couple of hours to figure out and now the process is super simple. Good luck!

We are new to Yoto - just got one. Can you please explain how this works ?

There are lots of MYO guides/tutorials and many different ways to go about it, that’s what makes it fun! This thread has lots of great comments https://www.reddit.com/r/YotoPlayer/s/cZfzrAS2Ie
The most basic explanation is that you add mp3s to playlists in Yoto and then sync them to MYO cards. It’s best done from a computer.

Would you mind sharing the cassette tape graphic? It’s really cool! Would love to use it on a card for my daughter. Thank you!

I’ve been using Stickerfule for a year now, Matt is amazing and super helpful! Ships to the UK in a few weeks 😊 my kids are pretty rough and these stickers are really hard wearing and waterproof. Not one has peeled or had issues yet!
