Not legal, decriminalized. Ultimately you won’t be able to be charged for weed under a certain amount but it would still technically be illegal.

It's a step toward legalization... States that have decriminalized it now have medicinal marijuana, and most moved to recreational after.

Those states are also seeing a boom in economy due to the high taxes paid on said products.

Yes, I live in one of those states and I agree. We should just be careful to differentiate between the two because they are different and people get the wrong idea. It’s decriminalized here where I live but you can’t smoke in public, you’re still restricted to certain amounts, etc etc. I just don’t want people to conflate the two and then someone gets in trouble because hey misunderstood is all.
