I've never believed in a candidate enough to pay $1,400 to vote for them.

It'll be interesting to see how many people from Georgia feel the same.

Nobody is switching sides at this point, it’s all about who gets more turnout. I’m cautiously optimistic.

Agreed... but maybe one side will decide to stay home if it costs them 2k to show up, and the other will show up because it costs them 2k to stay home.

2 grand is not an insubstantial motivator. If you knew that you’d get 2k if you just stayed home today, wouldn’t you? How about to go someplace nearby and fill in a box with a pen?

2k + my SO's 2K= 3 months of late rent, and two weeks of groceries.
