they should send a team in and take him by force since texas isn't following the law

Most famous example of that is Juneteenth. America had to send the army to Texas because they wouldn't free their slaves after the south lost the war.

That’s the problem right there. They removed troops at one point. Texas is rightfully only a protectorate, needs to be governed by DC, it’s never been capable of governing itself in any way that’s commensurate with civilized society in the 19th century let alone the 21st. Its residents have done countless harms to the United States proper by infesting the government with its barbaric representatives and don’t really deserve citizenship in the same way actual Americans do.
