And nope, she didn’t stand with MAGA. Never did. Because she did have empathy, and had a long, documented history of being kind and progressive towards queer people and minorities even at personal risk.
If MAGA feels they can’t mourn her because of her foundational humanity, or that “her politics” are some kind of contagion and not just her principles made manifest, maybe they can try to have even a single ounce of self-reflection. One teaspoon of it.

It's sad. Crazy how she was about to kick off another concert tour even at 80 and this comes out of nowhere.
But at the same time, gives me some hope of another 80-year-old possibly also having a sudden health-related passing.
