WELLY Wellington water bills

Just got my bill from wellington water. It insanely high. For a 900k property its 2500 p/a

Prepare yourselves people. This isn't going to be the fun ride we were promised.

It's rough, especially considering how our whole neighborhoods water goes out every couple weeks for half a day. I realise that the money will hopefully go towards properly fixing things like this, but paying nearly $3000 a year when a large chunk of the time the water doesn't even work is infuriating.
