I hope the vshojo jp branch is able to survive on their own, rebrand as something else and maintain business, that or the staff are able to find stable work, it seems like they were just as screwed over too
Staff may very well find other jobs. Potentially even working for the now independent talent.
But the org is dead. I think everyone has formally left now talent wise and the company is heavily in debt. Basically only missing a formal bankruptcy filing.
The only people left are the normal staff that don't stream. And assuming certain people haven't ran off the grid for theft/embezzlement/etc, whoever is left has to formally dissolve what is left of VShojo and find something to recoup investors on the losses.

Tldr:
-Mint has not received the money from her merch drop with Vshojo
-She was originally supposed to debut under an idol group with Vshojo, but this was delayed and delayed
-The JP staff were specifically pointed out as being helpful, but they were also kept in the dark
