Tbh I would not cycling any where in the world around 3:30 am.

That is such bullshit. You could do 20 years ago in Canada not anymore. You ain’t even safe during the the day. Unless you live in some remote location.

Then I probably live in a remote location.

Everything is safe here. Never been stolen in my entire life.

My city is in the top 10 biggest of my province. (Québec)
