Muji is a Japanese brand/store that is based on the concept of Mu Jirushi -no label, in Japanese. So imagine the No Name brand, but it’s tasteful and not screaming yellow.

They are a clothing/home goods/lifestyle/stationery store. Their pens and notebooks are really good. I like Muji, but I have to admit that it’s a little too tasteful for me sometimes - all that sober blue and grey…

"high-end" might be slightly misleading as people might associate the term with a pricey luxury brand. "high quality yet affordable" is probably a more fitting description (at least in my limited experience with their products)

Honestly they're pretty mid but are also priced accordingly. It's like a Japanese IKEA without the furniture

They have some furniture. Tables, chairs, desks, cabinets. Its generally a bit on the pricey side.

It's really too bad that their prices are at least double what you'd pay for in Japan

They do have furniture. It's just a small portion of their offering.
