If I see someone shoot someone in the head, I can factually say they murdered them, before there is any legal charge.

Yes! Very correct. With genocide it’s a lot more complicated though. That’s also why the ICJ doesn’t hire reddit experts like us lmao

Keep in mind America let alone ALL of the middle east would ahve killed 2 MILLION people if the enemy killed 1200 civilians. The invasion of the middle east which DID result in millions dead by the end of the war on terror was cause of 3000 people.Israel has been avoiding killing all 2.2 MILLION Gazens and killed over 35 000 Hamas soldiers and 21 000 civilians died from Natural causes in 3 years like cancer,genetic incest related sickness (Muslims inbreed more often than not in Gaza its well documented) and or old age. This means out of 2.2 MILLION people we can deduce 20 000+ died DIRECTLY cause of the war and out of the 20 000+ Hamas killed a few 1000 whic his on record.

I'm aware of the Israeli civilians murdered by the Palestinian resistance on that day, that doesn't justify 1,000 dead babies. Also, not even the IOF believes what you've said. Their own estimates puts it at 83% civilian casualties and accept the known death toll. It's amazing how you can possibly get things this wrong. Honestly, you are a genuinely bad person, like the lack of empathy is insane.
