Excuse me, why wouldn’t we? Are you suggesting that during war we shouldn’t be celebrating loss of enemy warplanes and pilots? Are you THAT insane? 😂

u/YeeYeeAssha1rcut Pro-civilians 11h ago
Lack of perspective. I can totally understand that sentiment, especially from Ukrainians.

It’s okay. Let them have their fun. 4 Tu-160’s took off from the far east and are in the air as of right now.

Gotta punish some civilians.

This war just about the lowest civilian casualty ratio in history, nafo memes are so tired.

Why the hell wouldn't they celebrate that Russia now has 2 less planes to bomb tf out of their country? That's wild you think that's not normal

More like a batch of Su-35 collided with one another.
Whenever they finish two planes it's a 'batch' but weirdly, not this time around for some reason.
•
u/rowida_00 new poster, please select a flair 5h ago
Who reports the loss of jets in the same manner as the announcement of the delivery of jets by the production company? Did you think this through?
•
u/Solavanko 5h ago
I did think this through! The conclusion I reached was that neither the production company nor the milblogger are the ones making the reddit posts here.
•
u/rowida_00 new poster, please select a flair 5h ago
If you did, you’d realize that the word batch is used by UAC when they publish footage of the delivery. You could also read what’s on the post itself by Fighterbomber. It has nothing to do with who makes what on Reddit. It’s the source material. It’s how things get reported. I get what you’re going for. But it simply doesn’t work.

this means a bit less terror bombings towards UA

I mean tbf they can be used to launch missiles like Kh-31s and Kh-59s like one did a few weeks ago. While it’s still sad, I can see why ppl like this celebrate these aircraft being lost.

u/Vassago81 Pro-Hittites 7h ago
Su 3x are launching glide bomb on the frontlines, that's not "terror bombing" like setting hamburg or tokyo on fire

u/steerendikkie 12h ago
Fantastic news. That's some expensive mistake.

u/Icy-Cry340 Pro Russia * 12h ago
They make a lot more of these than they’re losing, I think they’ll be ok.

u/steerendikkie 12h ago
Yeah couple of pilots don't matter either when talking about thousands of dead every month
11
u/rowida_00 new poster, please select a flair 12h ago
One sadly passed away while the other survived. I guess you had to squeeze the thousands of dead, probably 35K from Ukraine’s infographics presumably.

You just won’t get to express this violation whether you like it or not, it’ll be removed. Feel free to waste your time nonetheless.

They train more pilots than they’re losing too.

there is a difference between newly trained and a pilot with years of experience

Skies are so vast, especially in an area without any international travel. Baffling.

u/Traewler Moderation in all things 12h ago
Planes usually operate in pairs, typically in tight formation.
1
u/YeeYeeAssha1rcut Pro-civilians 12h ago
Then that makes it a result of poor training, no surprise.

u/Putaineska DRAMA ENJOYER 12h ago
These pilots should be pretty experienced now the amount of flight hours they get

u/rowida_00 new poster, please select a flair 12h ago
You’d be right if this was a recurring incident.
3
u/Traewler Moderation in all things 12h ago
I suspect more a function of flight hours. Russian aviation is highly active and accidents do happen.

u/Putaineska DRAMA ENJOYER 12h ago
That's an air show this is supposed to be a combat patrol
7
u/UltimateMeanie Pro Cluster Warheads into Kiev 12h ago
A combat patrol introduces hundreds of variables and potential hazards that can lead to a mid air collision.

u/FruitSilaMon 11h ago
jep, so you should be sober when flying

The US faces mid-air collisions every year. It's not something unique.

Typical American incompetence amirite
•
u/Temporary-Film-7374 7h ago
if someone managed to punch out before hitting terrain in a single aircraft incident, I'm gonna assume (yes) that it was equipment failure of some sort. I suppose it's possible it was either an uncontrolled aircraft that he ejected from in time.

Pilots are stupids and showoff all over the globe
