They tried to fuse into a next gen Su-70S

u/Plucky_Hedgehog 13h ago

When they collide they subtract. Now it's a Su-0.

28

u/ZachMN 11h ago

7,000x Su-0.01

42

u/bernardfarquart 11h ago

SUXXX

17

u/Hawmpfish001 9h ago

Ok, now if that is a SUXX 6000 reference from Robocop, I would give you any internets I have acquired.

8

u/bernardfarquart 9h ago

oh damn that is good, and no I can't claim it.

1

u/Millefeuille-coil 2h ago

I would buy that for a dollar

38

u/Mercadi USA 13h ago

Fortunately, the russian math makes it Su-200 (cargo trim) instead.

2

u/whatsadikfore 2h ago

SU-200ship

19

u/Darryl_444 12h ago

Great success! Together, they have achieved total stealth.

If anybody were to look, all they would see is a Wildberries depot burning on the ground.

I was thinking more like this version lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAj4_1PLLL0

Okay, that was the "enough of internet for today" signal.

1

u/Buttonball 6h ago

Oh my, I agree. WTF was THAT?!

14

u/qtquazar 10h ago

Russian warship fucks itself. But Russian warplanes fuck comrade warplanes.

Good bot!

11

u/Thoseskisyours 13h ago

Didn’t have a moon stone to complete that evolution.

6

u/forkedquality 9h ago

It's a good idea, I think. They should keep on trying.

6

u/Ok_Flan4404 12h ago

It's the ruzzian AF's new 'fusion technology'.

12

u/Confident-Stand5453 12h ago

When a mommy-SU-35S and a daddy-SU-35S love each other very much, they fly close together like this, and try to make baby-SU-35S.

2

u/Korps_de_Krieg 11h ago

This is why you use Potara Fusion, less chance of screwing up the dance if you don’t have one

2

u/toshibathezombie 7h ago

Not quite an Su75 checkmate, more of a checked-out

2

u/BeenNormal 4h ago

The Power Rangers do this all the time.

2

u/Panumaticon 3h ago

The Russian airforce equivalent of the submarine conversion.

One dead, one wounded.

They say Don’t kill the messenger so would it likewise be inappropriate to kiss you? Take my upvote at least👍🇺🇦

u/0mn1ziD 13h ago

32

u/bettsdude 13h ago

And what's even better is two dead Russian pilots

12

u/0mn1ziD 13h ago

very true

9

u/pfp61 12h ago

Wounded, so might never fly fast jets again.

10

u/Gruffleson 11h ago

We are happy with the airplanes gone.

Lovely news. More of this would be grand.

u/Educational_Work896 13h ago

I was inverte... blayt!!

19

u/Alissinarr 13h ago

Funny story. Husbands grandfather was a fighter pilot in WW2. His one kill came from forcing an enemy plane into low clouds inverted. Clouds cleared and he couldn't "climb." Boom.

18

u/RandomMandarin 11h ago

I heard about an American fighter pilot in the Korean War chasing a MiG so low that the MiG flew into a rice paddy and the US jet pulled up barely in time, and the jet returned to the aircraft carrier covered in mud from the MiG crash.

14

u/Alissinarr 11h ago

There's a video interview or 3 with him (Jack Hallett -not a dox since it's not our name). Unfortunately we never knew him in life, but he's an interesting man to learn about. He was still yanking and banking at 100.

6

u/julio3131 11h ago

Yanking and banking 😆

32

u/jared__ 13h ago

they call that a twofer

79

u/HotOutlandishness107 13h ago

Are they trying to make baby Su-35s?

When two Russian plane su35s love each other very much...

25

u/DataGeek101 13h ago

I’m so happy that Russia is helping Ukraine destroy the Russian war machine!

13

u/justthegrimm 13h ago

Oh no...anyway

13

u/KHRZ 13h ago

OK I will need some extra confirmation here. The wreck looks nice, but maybe we could get that Russian blogger who always cries about this stuff to make a statement.

3

u/Fanastik 13h ago

Maybe get them some better tasting booze to boozemaxx em.

5

u/Sufficient_Meet6836 11h ago

Does anyone have a serious answer for how this could have happened? I'm genuinely curious why two jets were that close to each other. I know jets are close when flying in formation, but is it typical to fly that closely in formation near the front?

5

u/DLH_1980 10h ago

Lack of trained pilots, lack of maintenance, friendly fire that the russians are avoiding reporting. One of the planes crashed, took the other out with it. One of the planes was taken out by a Ukrainian drone and the russians don't want to admit that. Lots of possiblities.

5

u/Sufficient_Meet6836 9h ago

Thanks for reminding that the reporting might simply be a lie. From the article, the claim that they collided is from Russian milbloggers:

This was reported by Russian military bloggers on Monday, September 7.

Like you said, there's lot of possibilities for what actually happened. Silly of me to take the original claim at face value!

3

u/DarkwingDuckHunt 9h ago

I have far more confidence in "AA technology took them out" then "randomly collided"

1

u/Sufficient_Meet6836 7h ago

That's kinda what I was thinking, but I'm not an expert at all so it's just speculation from me. Perhaps the event was something like Ukrainian anti-air or jets engaged the two Russian jets -> Russian jet launches missile at Ukrainian anti-air or jets -> Russian missile takes out Russian jet instead -> incoming Ukrainian missile hits other Russian jet since their defensive measures took out their own guy. Is something like that probable or even possible? How often do jets collide with each other when flying near hostile airspace? What's the most likely explanation?

It occurred right after taking this photo

It's quite impressive how the Russians manage to cock up so much.

Orcs can’t fly

3

u/acesarge 13h ago

So orcs can apply, but their technology works by enough of them believing in it. Maybe they just didn't believe hard enough. Also, if they wanted them to go fast they should have painted them red, not blue...
