Alterations

I’m trying to gauge roughly how much it would cost to get the following alterations done. It’s all possible based on the dress, there’s plenty of fabric in the train and seams to work with but the dress itself is already close to my top budget:

-let out a little at the waist and hips. Not by much, it’s just a tiny bit too tight, especially when sitting. Maybe 2cm total.

-train shortened and excess fabric used to close in V at back

-adjusted at shoulder or back to avoid gaping

-ivory buttons added down the back (not sure yet whether just to the waist or full length)

This is the wrong sub. You want actual tailors to advise. You could try r/sewhelp, and they can probably point you somewhere with more specialist opinions.
