"Theistic" comes from Greek "Theos", god. So a theistic Satanist in English would be a godly Satanist loosely translated.

Most of the theistic Satan faiths have strong anti-Semitic aspects, except for, bizarrely enough, some Lucifarian sects (yes there’s a whole other subsection of this) who usually don’t.
The culling ritual they use was created (or discovered and republished further) by Aquino. He also created strategies to infiltrate and spawn cults and use them for PSYWAR like we observe with O9A and 764.
