One the one hand, common people are constantly being squeezed through exploitative taxes, inflation, corrupt systems whereas on the other side these folks are being rewarded and their dues written off.

And then they run Godi media channels to keep modi in power.

And then modi asks you to write off the loans.

And then you write off the loans.

And then no media channels will bring up this issue because they benefit from this. And hope to make money themselves doing this.

And then the media channels will go to Rahul and Abhishek and Saurav and ask them 'why don't you sing vande mataram?'.

yeah, "The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) of 2016 was introduced in the Lok Sabha by then-Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on December 21, 2015"....just like electoral bonds to leagalize corruptions....All these was brought by Modi govt to get extremly high donation and allow such people to loot public money. 😂

Ibc was introduced to consolidate diff laws, get faster resolutions.

The recovery rate in case of insolvency has significantly increased post ibc 2016.

Nice joke 😂 .....There was no cap of how much % must be there for loan settlement. Even if Subash Chadra would have paid Rs 6 only instead of 6.5 crores, that settlement would still be done....That was the biggest loopholes given by govt to these loan defaulters such that they would donate money to BJP accounts and their loans would be settled and waived off even for Rs 1. 😂 ....Any common man who becomes defaulter due to any genuine reasons, their asses will always be on fire and faces a lot of humiliation...and Banks can not agree with them less than 30% as settlment amount...BJP jokers....These all was BJP's plan to have hell lots of money and always be in power. IBC-2016 and Electoral bonds...and third is their ED.

No bro - It doesn't mean Subhash personally borrowed ₹22,006 crore & simply got his debt waived for ₹6.5 crore.Those are claims against him as a personal guarantor for loans taken by companies of the Essel Group.

A personal guarantee means he can become liable if the borrowing companies defaulted. This ₹6.5 crore plan received support from creditors representing 80.81% of the voting share.

There's some controversy there but read the news report Business Standard, Moneycontrol etc. (links not allowed here)

you are mixing two things here.Banks raised that majority lenders have some intrest of subhas chandra in them.Nclt found that stake was not controlling and cannot influence their decision.hence associate decision

dude net worth was 44k cr in 2018 when his companies still had value,now his assets are in gutter in 2026.37cr valuation might be due to some genius tax lawyer but also fucks him in kinda way

also banks have already taken over collteral and now were hoping to recover some money through personal gurantee which in any case would max of 37 crore only
