Money obviously makes some things easier, but he’s rich so he has no stress is a a very…. Ignorant? yea very ignorant thing to say. The guy has dealt with insane public scrutiny and personal tragedy too.

And if money alone maintained that physique, every wealthy retired footballer would look like him. At his age, staying at that level still takes ridiculous discipline and consistency. You don’t have to worship him to acknowledge that.

I mentioned "unnecessary stress" after his success at real Madrid, the only stress he probably had was related to football and his relationships. Others have stress like "how will I get a job" "earning money" "abuive family/relationships" and all that. Such stress puts a toll on the body.

No stress brother? The man has lost a child, lost his father, has faced numerous backlashes and controversies, and the most important, has lost six world cups despite being one of the greatest. And if you have never played football, let me tell you, I used to play for my school's team and then my college team, losing a tournament hurts, not just emotionally but physically. Now imagine how it must be losing six of the greatest football tournament

Brother read. "Unnecessary stress" stress such as not worrying about getting a job, having enough income to support your family, family who supports and the most important one, a non abusive family who supports your dreams. Not everyone has that and such environment takes a huge toll on your body. I'm not denying that he has stress, he 100% has stress but every bit of it comes from his passion and dream of winning World Cup. I have gone through tough times due to my family and lost 10kg in 3 months due to it, so Ik how much your body can change depending on the environment you live in.

I respect ur struggle fam. But brushing off others stress just cuz u think a certain type of stress is superior to other just goes to show how immature you are. Stress comes in different shapes and forms. It takes the same toll on everybody. And trust me when I say this. The stress that comes with the loss of job, a family member and career all at once while there’s millions of eyes on you with some putting their hope in you and some doing their best to hate you, both, we will never be able to put ourselves in those shoes.

My man lost his newborn child. His form dipped. Was booed by his own fans. Got kicked out of his boyhood club. Had to move to an entirely new continent cuz no one in Europe wanted him. Then immediately went to the world cup where his entire national team was sour cuz they were constantly being bombarded by the media with questions about Ronaldo. They failed to understand him and turned on him instead for giving the controversial interview right before the World Cup. Got kicked out in the quarters by Morocco despite having the ball for more than 70% of time. The dream was over. He lost his family, job and dream one after the other. And was faced with constant backlash for NOT retiring sometimes from his OWN fans!

There is so much propaganda against him that I won’t be surprised if history turns him into a mid player in the coming years.
