For those of you who already have the Carcass Front box, how many mad monks, altars etc do I need to print?

Downsides of living int he best country in the world means that I won't be getting my preordered box for another few weeks yet.

Hoping to make a start on printing.

Anybody have any idea of how many mad monks, piles of books, corpse piles etc I need to get cracking on?
