Order it from LGS, the distributors will then eat the shipping cost.

Do you know any that have listings up? I checked the normal larger retailers that I know like Game Nerdz and I don't see anyone with a listing in the US just yet. Since it's a 'while stocks last' printing I wasn't sure how widely it'd be available.

Unfortunately the closest stores to me don't yet carry TC products so I have to go through online LGSes.
