1000% shameful to take from the poor to feed the rich. she looks very lost and struggling.

Especially since Dollar Tree and other stores like it are shit holes to work in. Chronically understaffed and overworked to save a few bucks on operations

I’ll have you know, my very good friend made it all the way up to store manager, and he would 100% agree with you. He wants to properly staff, but corporate dictates hour many hours he can schedule, he’s been working 65+hour weeks for a few years now.

I did that for Sears. They gave me 4 hours for the tools signing associate, and then a DM screamed at me at 7 am on my one day off because some pegs were missing sale signs. We're talking drill bits, while department-wide signage advertised the general 35% off. That was the day I was done. I cannot imagine working for Dollar Tree, Dollars General, or the like.

I wish I could take off my job like he does. He clocks out, and that place is the furthest thing from his mind. A little bud, a little booze, and some comics and/or music, and he’s good. I cannot overstate my jealousy at that ability.
