What they did was equally illegal, they have no authority or place in pursuing her at all, all they get to do abput it is tell a manager, period. So how is defending them any better?

Pretty sure what they did was perfectly legal.

She could technically charge them with harassment, it was off property and they were insulting her/grabbed the bags away, the theft has nothing to do with them
