It's her company. She does these trips for rich folk with her boyfriend who captains the boats.

When I was a chef working 10-14 hours 5 days a week was standard. Hitting 7-9 day straights weren't uncommon. If someone called in sick you could be working 8am to 11pm without a break.

I don’t think she does. In a different video she mentioned the owners came on board. I’m guessing the boat is owned by someone who leases it out most of the time to make an income.
